Install the PropNext Chrome Extension Beta, open a property website, select one listing or open an individual listing page, then bring the visible details into PropNext for private analysis.

Click Load unpacked and select the local PropNext extension folder below.
Pin PropNext Import Button so it is always visible beside the address bar.
Open a listing page, click the extension, then confirm every field in PropNext.

For this beta, loading this local folder is the real test install path. After Chrome Web Store publishing, this page can become a normal one-click store install.
